AHE have twenty years of experience in Hard facing with technical assistance and consumable of certilas , Netherland . AHE Cladded wear resistant pipe are made by hard facing on internal wall of pipe. Through this process of cladding, life of pipe will be much longer than that of pipe made by standard material.
We have not ready stock of cladded pipes, but stock can only be arranged after client commitments . We only produce wear resistant pipe after receiving order from customer .
Maximum length of wear resistant pipe we can hardfaced are 2 m and inner dia not less than 250mm. there is no limit for upper diameter . Wall thickness of pipe should be not less than 5mm .The thickness of the hard-faced layer will be 2 to 3 mm ,depending on our customer needs.
We always change procedure , material of pipe and welding consumable according to the problem of customer .
AHE cladding pipe can be cut and welded as Customer like.

Properties :- Increase wear Resistant , Extreme abrasion resistant with reasonable impact properties and temperature resistance up to 300ºC. Due to the combination Cr and Nb carbides the deposit structure contains very fine particles that results in excellent wear resistance
